As her tummy tuck before and after photos show, pregnancy and breast-feeding strongly impacted the abdomen (as well as the breasts) of this woman. She requested a tummy tuck. Dr Dowden did a full tummy tuck for her, with skin tightening as well as cinching the muscles to help narrow her waist and flatten her abdomen to a more youthful contour. (At the same time he performed a transumbilical breast augmentation [“TUBA”] procedure for her.) Eventually the tummytuck scars faded to quite pale.
