23 year old male who was unhappy with the appearance of his chest wall (gynecomastia). He underwent breast reduction surgery with liposuction. At six weeks post surgery, there is a more pleasing appearance and contour to the chest wall.

22 year old black male with severe gynecomastia. He underwent a breast reduction with liposuction and periareaolar excision of breast tissue. At 8 weeks post op, he looks more natural and proportional to the existing shape of his body.

21 year old male with Grade I gynecomastia. He underwent the removal of this breast tissue in the comfort of our office with only local anesthesia. He is extremely pleased with the improved contour and feels great about himself again.

Patient presents with Type I gynecomastia with breast tissue located directly behind the nipple and areola. This resulted in unsightly and unnatural protrusion of the nipple. He underwent a breast reduction via a small incision under the nipple. He is shown about 6 weeks post surgery with natural restoration of his chest wall.
