Case Details
Patient presents with Type I gynecomastia with breast tissue located directly behind the nipple and areola. This resulted in unsightly and unnatural protrusion of the nipple. He underwent a breast reduction via a small incision under the nipple. He is shown about 6 weeks post surgery with natural restoration of his chest wall.
