37 year old woman, 5’6″ tall, weight 125 pounds unhappy with the fullness of her lateral and medial thighs. Examination showed mild-moderate lipodystrophy of the lateral thigh/saddlebag, which was continuous with additional lipodystrophy in the posterior and medial thigh. Six week post-operative photographs showing results of power-assisted ‘superwet’ technique liposuction of the lateral, posterior, and medial thighs. 350cc of fat was aspirated from each lateral thigh; 225cc of fat was removed from each posterior/posteromedial thigh; 100cc of fat was aspirated from each anterior thigh; and 50cc of fat was removed from the medial knee and distal thigh on each side. She is happy with her results and her friends have commented on how thin she looks.
