This 53 year old Caucasian women wanted toned, slender thighs so she consulted plastic surgeon, Dr. Richard Dowden. Dr. Dowden is a board certified plastic surgeon located in Cleveland, Ohio. Together, Dr. Dowden and this 5’5″, 130 lb. patient decided on a liposuction procedure to remove excess fat deposits from her thighs. Liposuction is a cosmetic procedure that removes targeted fatty areas of the bottom to the patient’s desired outcome. As you can see by these before and after liposuction images, the patient was left with slimmer, more youthful legs.
