The female patient in these photos had both Birmingham liposuction and tummy tuck performed by Dr. William Hedden of Greystone Cosmetic Center. Dr. Hedden is well known for his excellent body contouring work throughout the South and has many liposuction and tummy tuck patients come to him from all over. As you can see from this patient’s before and after photos, Dr. Hedden removed significant amounts of excess skin, tightened her abdominal muscles and gave her a flat stomach. Also note that her tummy tuck scars are not visible because they are hidden below the lines of her panties.
