This trim, young man came to Upstate Plastic Surgery in Schenectady, NY. He made an appointment with Br. Bruce Barach, a board certified plastic surgeon. This patient had been self-conscious about having the extra fat on his chest making him look like he had breasts. Although he has always been trim and fit, he has never been able to get rid of the excess fat and excess glandular tisue in the breasts. Dr. Bruce Barach suggested Gynecomastia treatment, also known as a male breast reduction and liposuction of Gynecomastia. This patient elected to have the surgery and was very pleased with the results.
