SAL is a traditional method of liposuction using a small cannula connected to a machine that is a pressurized vacuum. Through small incisions, the cannula reduces fat by extracting the fat cells themselves out of your body. There are several different types of SAL including TCAL, UAL, PAL, SmartLipo, CoolLipo and ProLipo.
