As a young Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Newman was invited onto the faculty of The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Department of Plastic Surgery. Now, after many years in private practice, he serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor and is involved in the training of other Plastic Surgeons. His ground breaking clinical applications of 3-dimensional breast and facial imaging have been presented nationally. This research has led to the first computerized system allowing surgeons to more accurately predict the results of cosmetic breast procedures. In addition to many society memberships, Dr. Newman has been elected as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
