About Dr. Kayser
The decision to elect cosmetic surgery was a difficult one for me from the beginning.. I worried about the perceived vanity issues, the financial aspect, the surgery itself, and the possibility that the results would not be significant enough to justify the investment of time, money and physical discomfort. The consultations I'd had with several other surgeons had done nothing to lessen my apprehension, and I was beginning to reconsider my decision. Then I visited your office.
The contrast between those earlier interviews and my consultation with you was startling. You immediately put me at ease by thoroughly explaining the procedure, and possible complications, and the results I could expect in terms that I could understand. Your credentials were impressive, but your manner was so relaxed and reassuring, I felt comfortable asking all those questions that had seemed too frivolous at the other surgeon's offices. I left feeling confident, not only in my choice of doctor, but in my decision to have the surgery.
Now, several weeks, later, the results are in and I couldn't be more delighted. My stomach looks better than it did before the kids, and I'm enjoying the bonus of a slimmer waistline. I now know that I made the right decision both to have the surgery, and in my choice of surgeon. Thank you for all you have done.

I was nervous when I had consultations with other doctors. I knew I wanted a tummy tuck but who could I trust to perform it. When my husband and I met you, I knew instantly I'd be in good hands.
The results far surpassed anything I'd imagined. My body contour is wonderful. My confidence has shot through the roof and for the first time in a long time, I can honestly say I love the way my clothes look on me.
