Harvey M. Bock, M.D.

Education: Dr. Bock received his BS from the University of Wisconsin in 1967, and attended the University of Wisconsin Medical School where he received his MD in 1971. Dr. Bock interned at Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center, from 1971-1973. His general surgery residency was served at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics from 1973-1976. Dr. Bock completed his plastic surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals from 1976-1978. He then served in the United States Army from 1978-1980. top

Board Certification: Dr. Bock is board certified with The American Board of Plastic Surgery, 1980 and The American Board of Surgery, 1977. top

Recognition: Dr. Bock has been recognized as a Top Doctor in Milwaukee Magazine in 1987, 1991, 1996 and 2000. In 1996 and 2000, Dr. Bock was rated the #1 doctor for Plastic Surgery. Dr. Bock was president of the Wisconsin Society of Plastic Surgeons from 1991-1993.

Education: Dr. Sterkin attended Los Angeles Pierce College in 1977, California State University, Northridge from 1977-1979 and the University of California, Los Angeles from 1979-1980. Dr. Sterkin received his MD from the University of Southern California School of Medicine in 1984. He served his general surgery residency at the University of Illinois Affiliated Hospitals from 1985-1989. His plastic surgery residency was fulfilled at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals from 1989-1991. Dr. Sterkin was a clinical instructor in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals from 1991-1992. top

"I was born in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin and raised in Delavan, Wisconsin. During my junior year of high school, I lived in Santos, Brasil as an American Field Service (AFS) foreign exchange student. I met my wife Holly while I was a surgical resident, and we were married in 1998 in Guttenburg, Iowa, her hometown. We spent our honeymoon searching for a place to live in Columbus, Ohio, where we were about to move for my plastic surgery residency. We enjoyed Columbus, but moved back to Wisconsin because of this wonderful job opportunity, and to be closer to our families. My interests include bicycling, gardening, cooking, and a good bottle of wine to match.

 In1999, Holly gave birth to our first daughter. Klaire is an independent girl who enjoys playing with friends, swimming, crafting, and visiting grandma and grandpa's farm in Iowa. In 2002, we were blessed with our son, Dell; he is "all boy" and loves playing sports, big diggers and trucks, looking for worms and bugs, and riding his bicycle. In May 2004 our family celebrated the addition of our second daughter, Kamryn. She is a gentle, loving, and happy girl who loves her mother, princesses and Barbie dolls, lip gloss, and enjoys learning from her brother and sister. I am lucky to share my life with my loving wife and children."
