Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Barach completed his residency training in plastic surgery in San Francisco before returning to his home state of New York. He graduated from S.U.N.Y Health Science Center at Syracuse in 1982 and did his undergraduate work at Dartmouth College, in Hanover, New Hampshire. Dr. Barach currently is the Chief of Division of Plastic Surgery at Ellis Hospital.
