Hubbard Plastic Surgery
Dr. Thomas J. Hubbard is a Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with a practice strongly oriented to the cosmetic surgery patient. Practicing in the Tidewater community since 1993, Dr. Hubbard focuses on the unique concerns of each patient to give a more personalized approach to the latest surgical techniques. Dr. Hubbard begins his consultations by listening—how else can one start out in the right direction? Thorough discussion then follows with great emphasis on education of the often many surgical approaches and alternatives that can be applied. Questions are encouraged throughout the consultation. Every effort is made to facilitate the best possible decisions. Dr. Hubbard’s trained staff will also be involved in every subsequent step of the process providing state of the art care before, during and after surgery. Because we are detail oriented, we always strive to make your experience as rewarding and pleasant as possible.
For the privacy of our patients, Hubbard Plastic Surgery offers our own state-of-the-art surgical suite fully accredited by AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care). AAAHC is an extremely rigorous certification process requiring 100% compliance with all safety measures. A variety of overnight stay options are also available.

Dr. Hubbard has been in private practice at Hubbard Plastic Surgery since June of 1999. He was previously in practice at the Mladick Center for Cosmetic Surgery from 1993 to June of 1999 and in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery in California from July of 1988 to June of 1989. In the interim, Dr. Hubbard has been on medical missions to numerous countries including Ecuador, Belize, Tanzania, the Philippines Nicaragua and Kazakstan.
