Philosophy
Dr. Diane Gibby established the Women's Center for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery in 1992 to offer women professional cosmetic surgery services in a comfortable and caring environment. The Women's Center ensures women's individual needs are addressed, while providing optimal medical and surgical care. Dedication to personal treatment creates a unique environment for women choosing cosmetic surgery.
We understand that each patient's surgery can be a major, life-changing experience. We want to establish a relationship that is trusting and centered around your needs and expectations. We will fully discuss procedures, anticipated results and recovery. With any surgical procedure, there are some risks, which will be thoroughly discussed prior to scheduling surgery.
Dr. Gibby has comprised a staff of entirely female medical professionals, sensitive to women' s needs and health issues. Simply stated, our philosophy is to provide cosmetic surgical services from a women's perspective for women.

Dr. Gibby has been practicing plastic surgery in Dallas, Texas since 1987. Her office is located within the Medical City Dallas Hospital Complex where she has served as Chief of the Plastic Surgery Department, and continues to be an active staff member .

The Women's Center for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery
The Women's Center for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery is certified by The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). Established in 1980, the AAAASF was designed to help provide patients with the assurance of safety and quality in all aspects of their outpatient surgery experience. Facilities accredited by the AAAASF must meet stringent national standards for equipment, operating safety, personnel and surgeon credentials. Our goal is to provide the utmost in safety and quality of care for our patients in the outpatient surgery environment. In addition, we employ only board certified anesthesiologists who are available to answer any questions you have about anesthesia and medications prior to surgery. They will provide your anesthetic care during surgery and assist with recovery following your surgical procedure.
