"I had performed extensive research on augmentation prior to my surgery. My mother had the operation in 1983 and was very helpful as well. My plastic surgeon's name is Thomas Hubbard in Virginia Beach, VA. He has the most informative website that he actually wrote and composed. I found this to be rare. I liked the fact that he had so much experience in the field. He contributes time for Operation Smile and travels to 3rd world countries to work for free. He continues his education and has some sort of television spot which I've never seen but heard was informative. When I went to my consultation, I was instantly at home in his office. He and his staff, with their warmness, enveloped me and made me totally comfortable. I knew at this point I was right in making the decision and with whom I had chosen to perform the surgery. The day of operation and there after was more of the same. I can't boast enough on the staff. Even the anesthesiologist was incredible. I live in a resort town on the Outer Banks of NC and found out he and I have mutual friends. The overall experience was so positive!!
