Dr. Richard Korentager has been in practice since 1989 and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Richard Korentager earned his medical degree at the University of Toronto. He completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Toronto. Additionally, he has also completed a fellowship training in both hand surgery and breast surgery.
Dr. Korentager is a current member and past president of the Kansas City Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is currently serving as medical director for the Burnett Burn Center at the Kansas University Medical Center and is an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery for the University of Kansas Medical School. Dr. Korentager is a published author on numerous medical topics.
