This 37 year old cosmetic surgery patient from Illinois presented with numerous concerns including redundant skin and fat of her abdomen, fat deposits, and hips abdomen. Additionally she desired larger breasts to balance out her figure. She wanted an extreme makeover. This wonderful improvement was obtained by performing breast enhancement surgery with 360 cc saline breast implants, high lateral tension tummy tuck and extensive liposuction of the hips, thighs and abdomen.
