Dr. Roger J. Friedman of Bethesda, Maryland removed a total of 5200cc from this patient's inner thighs, knees, and flanks medial.  This patient wanted to have a body makeover, and also received a bilateral mastopexy along with liposuction and an abdominoplasty.  She was happy with the results of the surgery.  Dr. Roger J. Friedman also tightened the external oblique muscles and rectus abdominis.  This patient was more than happy with the appearance of her body after the surgery.  No longer did she have the flanks she was self-conscious about; she had the body she dreamed of.
