Abdominoplasty
This patient was unhappy with the size of her abdomen and consulted
Dr. Roger J. Friedman of
Bethesda, Maryland for further information on the procedure of a
tummy tuck. This patient had previously given birth to twins, and she desired an
abdominoplasty to restore her body back to what it appeared to be like prior to pregnancy.
Dr. Roger J. Friedman performed the
abdominoplasty, and also repaired a ventral and umbilical hernia, and tightened the rectus abdominis and external oblique muscles. This patient was very happy with the results of the surgery. 900cc was removed the from the left flank, and 1000cc was removed from the right flank. This patient was happy to have a body she found more appealing, and she was happy with
