Patient Gets Liposuction to the Hips, Thigh and Buttocks
This female came to Dr. Bruce Barach of Upstate Plastic Surgery in Schenectady, NY to discuss having major
body contouring changes. Although she has a trim waist, this woman tends to carry most of her excess fat in her hips, thighs and buttocks. After discussing this patient's concerns with her body, Dr. Barach suggested
liposuction to the hips, lateral thighs and buttocks. She elected to undergo the procedure. The surgery was a success and had given her a svelte physique. This patient also elected to have
breast implant surgery, also known as
breast augmentation.
