As you can tell from the before and after pictures Dr. Aiello has provided for you, this patient had a large amount of localized fat in the center region of her stomach. It sagged abnormally low, and she was self conscious about this issue. She came to Dr. Aiello in Newport Beach, CA, to discuss options on how to remove the extra fat and skin. His answer was a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). She weighed her options, and decided that the surgery was what she wanted. As you can tell from the after pictures, the results are phenomenal! Her stomach is extremely flat! She fits into her clothes better, and is not embarrassed to wear certain outfits. She and Dr. Aiello could not have been happier with the outcome of her procedure!
