This patient came to Dr. Aiello because of a fat deposit developing on the posterior of her right thigh, also known as a “banana fold.” Dr. Aiello suggested liposuction during her consultation. This would remove the fat deposit on her right thigh, causing it to again appear even with the left. The patient then decided that this was her best option, and proceeded with the surgery. The surgery was a great success, as you can see in her before and after photos the fat deposit on her left thigh was almost completely eliminated.
