This patient approached Dr. Aiello, a plastic surgeon in Newport Beach, CA, with body image issues. She wanted her mid and lower body to be a bit slimmer. She went to Dr. Aiello with her problem, and he suggested liposuction. Diet and exercise hadn’t been working well for her, and she wanted to rid herself of the stubborn areas of fat that she could not eliminate on her own. With Dr. Aiello’s help she was able to trim down inches in her abdomen, hips, flanks and thighs. She was very excited about the results, and could not wait to buy brand new clothes to show off!
