Procedure: Patient with drooping of the buttocks and localized fat deposits in the saddlebag area desires correction. Patient underwent a bilateral buttock lift with suction assisted lipectomy of the saddle bag, buttock and flank. Postoperative photos were taken three months following her procedure.
