After child-bearing, this woman had excess abdominal skin, excess fat, and stretched lax abdominal muscles. She consulted with Dr Dowden, and was determined to be a good candidate for a tummytuck (abdominoplasty). At operation, Dr Dowden removed excess skin and fat, and cinched together the lax muscles, giving her the contour she used to have before pregnancies. Her tummy tuck before and after photos show how abdominoplasty can correct stretching of the skin and musles from pregnancy or weight loss.
